Christmas berry Mocha Fudge







  • Butter-1/4 pounds
  • Sugar 3 1/2 cups
  • Raspberry chocolate chips-10 ounces
  • Milk evaporated-12 oz. can
  • Vanilla-1 teaspoon
  • Instant- coffee1 tablespoon
  • Bittersweet chocolate-2 ounces
  • Marshmallow cream-7 ounces||||

Method-  :: 

  1.  Take a heavy saucepan and melt the butter in it.
  2. Put in the sugar, coffee and evaporated milk.
  3. Now boil the mixture in 235degree Fahrenheit.
  4. Take away from heat and put in bittersweets chocolate and raspberry Chocó chips.
  5. Mix the mixture and get all the things mixed totally and also melted.
  6. Put the marshmallow crème and blend it nicely with the mixture and after this mix vanilla in it.
  7. Take a greased pan, pour the mixture in it and freeze it.
  8. As it cool down cut it in square sizes , or you can also serve them in cups and decorate them with the sweet edible flowers and serve the yummy and tasty Christmas berry mocha fudge{/magictabs}
