The purple lipstick these days is very much in trend and I have been looking for a correct purple shade for a long time. A shade which suits me, my skin complexion and looks classy at the same time. Not every purple lipstick is good, honestly, I didn’t like the very famous Aishwarya Rai’s Purple Lipstick which she wore at the Cannes Festival last year. So, after trying many different brands, colors and shades of lipsticks I finally got my share or purple lip color. During my Singapore trip, I went to Sephora for shopping and got to test the Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick and thankfully I got my perfect Purple Lipstick shade.
Purple Lipstick From Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick
So first things first, the shade. I bought the Crank Purple Vice Liquid Lipstick from the renowned brand Urban Decay. It’s a nice and bold purple shade with a hint of fuchsia in it. Yeah, it’s not really the purple one but I loved the shade. Actually, it is a Crank is a bright berry fuchsia+purple shade but I would range it in my collection of purple lipstick only. I love this color so much.
I love the liquid lipsticks for one main reason, they are long lasting. This CRANK shade of vice liquid lipstick from Urban Decay.
How to apply vice liquid lipstick
I am not a makeup person and hardly use the lip liner before applying a lipstick. This is something I like about the liquid lipstick that we can use the wand to make the lines first and then fill in the color.
- Line lips with the precise wand.
- Apply one coat to fill.
- If desired opacity is achieved, let dry. If not, apply a second coat.
Long Lasting Purple Lipstick
This is one of my favorite lipstick for now because it stays ultra-long. I applied it for a party and it was intact even after having the drinks, food, and dancing like anything. In fact, it was still on my lips after washing my face, I had to use the coconut oil to remove it from my lips. So it is a super long stay lipstick for sure.

Pros Of Purple Lipstick Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick
- Wonderful and bold shade
- Super long stay
- Good applicator
- Value for money
Cons
The only thing I would de-rank is that after applying two coats of this lipstick, I felt kind of a dry and heavy coating on my lips, which was a bit annoying.
