- 250 gms chopped fresh watermelon
- 175 gram Caster Sugar
- 250 ml water
- 2 gram Gelatin
- 25 gram Glucose
How to make Watermelon Sorbet
Take a big pan and add gelatin, glucose, sugar and water in it and keep it on the low flame.
Now add the freshly chopped watermelon in it.
Keep it in refrigerator for half an hour.
Take it out and mix it well again and repeat the process 4 times.
Watermelon sorbet is ready to serve.
Serve it chilled.
