Ingredients to make till ke Laddoo
Sesame seeds (till)- 1 cup
Jaggery- 1 cup
Ghee- 3 tbsp
Cardamom seeds
Water- ½ cup
How to make Till ke Laddoo
Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan on medium flame of heat. Roast them till they are pale golden in color.
Take another pan and add water and jiggery. Cook it to make thick syrup. To check if your jiggery syrup is ready or not, add a little drop of syrup in the chilled water bowl. If it forms a ball immediately, that means the syrup is ready.
When the syrup is ready, add the roasted sesame seeds into the syrup and mix it well. Ad cardamom and ghee to it and mix it again. Turn off the flame.
Allow the mixture to cool s little. Remember that cooling it too much may make it harder. Allow it o warmer level.
Grease your palms and take little mixture and make a laddoo.
Make all the laddoos from the ready mixture and store them in an air tight container.
