My first word puzzle in this blog was a simple and very commonly used phrase.

It is a common word phrase used to state one’s support (for someone or something). If you believe in more government help for farmers, write your representative—stand up and be counted.
example – I’m generally in favor of what you propose, but not enough to stand up and be counted.
It is also used to let people know your opinions.
Example – Although it might cause trouble for you Those who did have the courage to stand up and be counted were arrested and imprisoned.
It is difficult sometimes to stand up and be counted when you know most people disagree with you.
